I could not be happier with my new home choice. The apartment and grounds are beautiful and extremely well kept. Everyone involved with Luxe have been great to do business with. Any and all questions and concerns have been addressed immediately. Having a storage facility on site is wonderfully efficient. Crystal, Kathy, Ben and Corey has been beyond kind and courteous. The neighbors are friendly and appear happy. And best of all, my rent and storage fees are excellent.

Apartments are spacious and gorgeous! The kitchen is fantastic! I love my fireplace and all the dark wood!! No issues with maintenance requests and the management team has always been helpful. The mini storage on site is a big plus!

The apartment she showed had a great view, but so many people were putting down deposits ..I know I needed to move fast !

We are in the Putnam City School District. Nearby schools include Harvest Hills Elementary, Hefner Middle School, and Putnam City North High School.
Yes we welcome pets. We allow non aggressive breeds of dogs under 30 pounds full grown. Pet deposit is $500 and pet rent is $20 per month
We don’t have the washers and dryers but we do have w/d hook ups in every apartment.
We have covered parking for about 2/3 of our apartments and one assigned parking spot for every apartment.
We are minutes away from grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, and local businesses.
After your application is submitted, we will compile all information and reach out to employers and previous landlords for verification. When all of the information is received we will then submit for approval.
We have an on call system set up in case of emergencies where we can get someone out and get your emergency taken care of.
